Guest speaker biography:

Bradley West (my name is my pronoun), Equity Office Manager

Bradley’s journey as a storyteller began in Australia, where Bradley quickly recognized the power of a good story to captivate and entertain people. Harnessing the power of storytelling, Bradley helps people, and the spaces they inhabit, navigate and integrate the disruptions of our time.

Bradley engages in conversations about belonging, recognizing the importance of bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences through “Disruptive Integration.” By connecting disparate dots, Bradley weaves a collective understanding of our current situation, using humor and insight, to weave together an understanding of where we are. This process helps individuals and communities rewrite their narratives and embrace a sense of “whole-life belonging” (Bradley’s coined term) by closing the pain-gap between our expectations and our lived experiences.

Bradley holds the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources [Canada] and is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources [USA]. Bradley is also a Certified Coach Practitioner and Professional Management Coach. Furthermore, Bradley has obtained White, Yellow, and Brown Belts in Deep Democracy, showcasing Bradley’s commitment to facilitating inclusive and participatory conversations. Bradley’s expertise extends beyond storytelling, as Bradley has written published articles and made frequent appearances on television and radio. Bradley’s topics of discussion range from Pride and politics to sex and spirituality, soulful living, community activism, and even Australian flora and fauna.
